Glory to Glory
“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom!”
In his first letter, Paul exhorts us that we are temples of God and that the Spirit dwells in us -
“Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?” 1 Cor 3:16
If there is freedom wherever the Spirit is and Spirit of God dwells in you -
FREEDOM is yours
at every moment and in every place.
God’s freedom never leaves us because His Spirit dwells within us - How bomb is that?!
As we experience this freedom, as we gaze upon a perfect God, we begin to transform. As Christ Jesus moves from GLORY to GLORY to GLORY, we get a front row seat. He encourages us to join Him, to run alongside Him. He offers a place at the table - He invites us to participate and receive ever-increasing glory with Him, through Him.
As our understanding of His glory increases,
He is glorified within us.
As He increases within us, His glory shines more brilliantly through us!
Because we are transformed into His image,
We go from GLORY to GLORY to GLORY!
Father,
Please help us to grow closer to You that You might shine through us! Father, may we go from Glory to Glory to Glory to Glory not for our adulation, but for YOURS. Glorify Yourself through us, Father! Help us to experience the freedom available to us at every moment through Your GOODNESS and Your GREAT, GREAT GLORY!
