Way Maker

“The gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.”

When God says something, He means it.  And He will do what it takes to “make it happen.”  His promises are true, and He will see that they come to fruition.  We’ve seen it over and over and over again throughout scripture - nothing gets in His way.  He is a way maker.

When He makes you a promise, He intends to fulfill it.  His promises aren’t like the promises we experience from one another.  When we promise, we do our best to honor that promise - but we’re capable of failure.  He isn’t.

Our God doesn’t break promises.

If He promises it, it will be accomplished.  It will be fulfilled. And if there’s no way to make it happen, He will make a way.

The gifts and the calls He’s given to you are of the same spirit.  If He calls, it will be fulfilled. If He offers a gift, He expects you to use it.

The gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.

You can’t trade in your calling for a better one or an easier one or a cooler one.  There’s no refund policy. Your calling is your calling. Your gifts are your gifts.  And both calling and gifts are yours to foster, to grow, and to develop.

God’s already decided how those gifts and callings will be used because our God is the way maker.  He doesn’t have to worry about anyone else when He makes His plans, so He’s already set a plan in motion.  And nothing is going to get in His way. Because when He says something, He means it. He’s a Way Maker.

Father,

Thank You for being the way maker.  Thank You keeping Your promises and showing up.  Thank You for being so strong. Thank You for being a warrior for us and inviting us to walk in Your footsteps.

Father, we love You.  We want to believe in Your goodness and mercy and love.  We want to believe in Your ability to make a way when there’s no way.  Please help us to live with that belief. Father, we ask for the gift of faith - we ask for a double portion of faith to fall on each and every woman - reading this or not.

Father, may we come to know and trust You, Your goodness, and Your unstoppable plans.  Help us to live with the Kingdom mindset that anything is possible for You.

We love You, God.  Help us to live like it.  Amen.
