“Remember the marvels the Lord has done.”

Sisters, as I battle for my Lenten sacrifices and give myself over to the Lord again and again, I’m reminded to remember what I’m fighting for.  I’m reminded to remember the marvels that God has done. I’m reminded to focus on who Jesus is - not just the box I put Him into, but the true Jesus.

He is the one, true, living God.  He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.  He is the Alpha and the Omega, beginning and the end.  And He loves me. Our massive God loves me. And He loves you.

He loves us.

It’s so difficult and so simple - we are insanely loved.  I need to remember; I need to be reminded that I’m insanely loved.

So today’s worship video is a little different.  Today, I’m including a word from Graham Cooke about remembering the love of God - because what could be more marvelous than His love?

Father,

Thank You for all of the marvels You’ve done.  Thank You for Your marvelous love. Thank You for giving us the greatest marvel of all every single day - that You love us no matter what.

Help us to see Your love.  Help us to reach for it, to believe in it, and to trust in the safety it provides.

God, we love You.  Teach us how to receive more of Your love every day.  Amen.
